ROVENTAQBusiness Operations & Inventory Management

How it works

The operations stay connected.

ROVENTAQ is designed so creating a product, receiving it, selling it, returning it, and reviewing it are parts of one record. They are not five unrelated notebooks.

Create

Add the product

The catalog stores the name, price, cost, and barcode when you use one. The product belongs to that business.

Receive

Bring stock in

A purchase records the supplier receipt and updates quantity when it is saved.

Sell

Record the sale

Items are added, then the form is saved. Scanning identifies the product. Saving creates the sale.

Return

Record a return

A return uses its own form so the history shows what came back.

Adjust

Correct the count

Damage, write-off, and restoration are recorded as inventory changes, not as a silent edit.

Review

Read the activity

Authorized people can look back at sales, purchases, stock, and documents for their business.

A few limits, stated plainly

  • A scan does not save a sale, purchase, or return by itself.
  • Stock quantity is one catalog total, not a bin in each location.
  • Some work can wait on the device and sync later. Restaurant ticket payment stays online.
  • The signed-in application can be used in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
  • It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. It is not a separate store listing.
